How To Apply RTE

Step 1
Entry level for admission through RTE is in class Nursery.
Step 2
As per RTE Circular age for admission in class nursery:-“Children should be born as on 30th September (three years should be completed but below four years.)
Step 3
Total intake for an academic year is 50 students.
Step 4
Education department publishes in the local Newspaper sometimes in the month of February or March.
Step 5
Parents apply online based on the information given on the rte portal :- rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in
Step 6
Selection for admission is done by online draw system.
Step 7
The list of selected candidates is sent by the Education department to Schools.
Step 8
Education department also informs selected parents through SMS with instructions to approach the concerned schools.
Step 9
The Schools further as per the directions of the Education Department send the selected parents with the relevant documents to Education Department.
Step 10
Education department verifies the document and admits the children by issuing a receipt of ‘admitted’.
Step 11
Parents approach the school with the receipt issued by the education Department and get the admission formalities completed.
Step 12
